Microsystems & Microfabrication

Microsystems and Microfabrication technologies enable the design and manufacturing of miniaturized devices by integrating advanced materials, processes, and functionalities at the microscale. They are essential for high-performance sensors, actuators, and MEMS solutions across industry, healthcare, mobility, and emerging technologies.

Microsystems and Microfabrication combine mechanical, electrical, and optical functionalities into highly integrated, miniaturized systems. Using advanced microfabrication processes, structures at the micrometer scale are created with high precision and reproducibility. By reducing size while increasing functionality, these technologies support more efficient, reliable, and scalable solutions.

With strong expertise in heterogeneous integration and advanced packaging, we cover the full value chain—from component development to fully integrated sensor systems. This enables us to combine multiple technologies into application-ready solutions and bridge the gap from concept and prototyping to scalable industrial deployment.
