To offer our employees clearly defined career paths, we utilize various career models that enable either a specialized career (science, research, cleanroom) or a career in (project) management. Career opportunities range from entry-level positions to management roles.

Flexible Work & Working from Home

Our flex-time model, which does not have fixed core working hours, allows for flexible scheduling of the workday. Working from home or “Work from Anywhere” can be arranged individually with your manager. In addition, December 24 and 31 are non-working days in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement.

Accident Insurance

All permanent employees are covered by 24-hour accident insurance. Comprehensive auto insurance is also provided for business trips taken in a personal vehicle.

Quiet Rooms

Quiet, multi-faith rooms for meditation, prayer, or a brief break are available at all locations.

What documents are required?

An up-to-date CV and a cover letter are required. Depending on the position, transcripts, work samples, or references may also be helpful.

Is there a minimum requirement for work experience?

That depends on the job posting. Our job postings clearly specify the required experience and qualifications.

Does SAL offer relocation assistance?

Yes — we offer support to international applicants.
