Genesis

In the project GENESIS we do research in the field of coupling mechanisms of Electromagnetic Interferences of automotive traction inverters. This is the basis for thorough inclusion of simulation in the design of these type of inverters.

Project objectives

The Project deals with examining the Electromagnetic Interferences (EMI) of a traction inverter in the higher power range. This is done by modeling of the generation of the EMI, the coupling paths, the parasitic elements of the components and printed circuit boards, as well as the influence of the housing and simulating everything in a system simulation environment.
