MIRAC

Im Rahmen des Projekts „MIRAC“ werden Sensoralgorithmen und Mikrofabrikationsverfahren für ein auf einem Fabry-Pérot-Interferometer basierendes Spektrometer unter Verwendung von Piezo-MEMS und Metasoberflächen entwickelt, wodurch eine Grundlage für künftige Anwendungen in Konsumgütern geschaffen wird.

Project goals

The project aims to:

  • Develop a spectrum reconstruction algorithm
  • Develop fabrication processes of a tunable Fabry–Pérot interferometer using Piezo MEMS and metasurfaces
  • Develop a spectrometer based on the fabricated tunable Fabry–Pérot interferometer and the developed algorithm
