Electronic Sensors

Research Focus Areas

Our research and development activities focus on adapting sensor architectures for low-power, efficient, and ubiquitous sensor technology. We integrate intelligent data processing directly at the sensor front end, thereby laying the foundation for future distributed systems. In addition, we develop advanced signal processing solutions for multisensor systems that enable reliable, autonomous operation in challenging and remote environments. In doing so, we take key requirements such as robustness, long-term stability, and minimal or no maintenance into account.

As an R&D partner for industry and scientific institutions, we offer expertise in the design and implementation of self-contained electronic systems that combine hardware and software to ensure efficient and resilient performance. Our solutions are tailored to operate in harsh environments while ensuring high data quality and system reliability.

Our interdisciplinary team of scientists and engineers combines expertise in the fields of electronics, data processing, and system integration to develop intelligent, ready-to-use solutions. Our goal is to create robust and scalable systems that operate reliably over long periods of time while requiring minimal maintenance or external intervention.
