The goal of the Chip Design Service Team is to bridge the gap between groundbreaking innovations and their implementation in high-performance semiconductor chips by translating the results of cutting-edge research into technically mature IC solutions, thereby delivering robust, production-ready systems.
From the initial idea to a proven semiconductor chip, we cover every step of IC development to ensure high-quality, reliable solutions that are ready for mass production.
Paving the Way: We offer training and support at every stage of IC development, including feasibility studies and design exploration, assistance with technology selection, as well as consulting, evaluation, procurement, and development of IP (analog and digital).
Architecture Definition: Using a top-down approach, we define functional requirements and—using Real-Number Modeling (RNM)—develop an optimal implementation.
Design and Verification: We offer expertise in circuit design, physical design, and pre-silicon verification for analog, digital, and mixed-signal domains. We have strong expertise in: RF/mmWave, sensors, converters, power management, hardware accelerators, and RISC-V- and ARM-based systems.
Design for Yield (DfY): By applying industry-standard practices such as Design for Manufacturability and Design for Test, we maximize the number of manufacturable, functional chips despite process variations and defects, thereby ensuring production readiness.
Laboratory and Testing: We develop laboratory and test plans, and offer PCB design, chip commissioning, and validation; various advanced laboratory tools, such as micro-probers and RF analyzers, are available.
Design Flow Services: Recommendation, configuration, and support for EDA tools; setup of design flows and toolchains.
