In the project we aim at developing analysis algorithms and optical measurement devices for automating quality checking of electronic components. To improve upon the current state of art, we will develop new sensors combined with numerical analysis and computer vision algorithms, complemented by research on aging behavior.
Expected Results
The results of the project shall improve and further automate the quality control of electronic components and circuit boards, esp. through silicon vias and wafers.
