It is essential to combine high quality of processes with research excellence in order to create added value for partners and customers. We have therefore established a quality management system in compliance with all quality-relevant activities, which is now certified according to ISO 9001:2015. This is the established and globally known standard for the certification of quality management systems. The goals of this certification are the optimization of company processes, customer and stakeholder satisfaction, and the associated competitiveness.

The Quality Management Team with Julia Bocskay (QM Specialist) and Evelyne Ritsch is responsible for the certification. At all 3 SAL locations, the employees showed how quality is lived at SAL. Now the entire team can celebrate the certification.
